Nish brought in his s550 to Octave looking to do a sheik package. The package starts with a subwoofer upgrade provided by Rainbow Audio. Rainbow Audio known for it's fine German engineering was the logical choice to compliment s550.

The audio source starts at the OEM subwoofer. Connections were soldered and heat shrunk.

Signal wire ran to where an Audio Control LC6i will convert the high level signal to RCA.

Rainbow Audio iPaul DM2000 and enclosure wiring.

Audio Control LC6i leftover from one of his previous install was utilized.
The subwoofer enclosure was designed to direct the force of the Rainbow Audio Hammer 12" subwoofers through the arm rest area in the rear seats.
Black grille cloth covers the hole and gives an OEM while allowing the subwoofers to vent into the cabin.
Amplifier rack was designed to bring some of the interior designs to the trunk to tie in the amplifier to overall design of the car. Texture and color matched vinyl was used along with wood grain trim and polished aluminum.
To cover things up and give a stealth appearance a removable panel covers the amplifier. A Mercedes Benz emblem was embossed into the panel to give an OEM feel.
The bass knob was located inside the center console.

German engineering and Octave. Two great tastes that go well together. Stay tuned as this Mumbai cruiser gets the sheik package.

BMW 750i Passport 9500ci install

Being a previous audio client of Octave Albin told his father-in-law where to bring his new BMW 750i for a Passport 9500ci radar install. Not even having the car week it was brought in for the install.

Front laser shifters and radar receiver mounted out of sight.

Wires ran along OEM wiring to add to the stealth nature of the install.

For where the wire would be seen split loom was used to conceal the wire.

Rear laser shifter mounted. An OEM pass through was used to pass the wire into the car.

An non-invasive fuse tap was used to tap for power for the radar unit.

Fuse is accessible through the glove box.

 Mount unit mounted under dash.

Under dash A/C vent was utilized for the warning speaker.

The ash tray houses the main display and control panel.

When closed the system becomes hidden from prying eyes.

If  you're in  the  Orlando / Central Florida  area. Octave is  the palce  for high end  vehicles  that  need  that extra attention to detail.

Here's David's 2011 Ford F-150 Raptor. It was already an awesome truck but lacked in the audio department. He was looking for a high end audio shop in Orlando that would be able to build an audiophile system, so he came to Octave.

The system upgrade was centered around the DynAudio Esotec line. The front stage consists of a System 242 and MD 142, and the sub frequencies are provided by the MW 190.

The doors were treated with sound deadener and acoustical foam to add in overall performance of the door driver. Adapter rings were also fabricated out of plastic to mount the MW 162 MSP woofer in the OEM location.

Custom pods were made to house the MD 102 tweeters and wrapped in OEM vinyl. The center storage on the top of the dash was the perfect location for the MD 142 center channel. A mounting plate was designed and wrapped in OEM vinyl as well.

The MW 190 subwoofer is housed in an enclosure designed to fit under the rear seats. The enclosure is also removable if more interior space is required.

The Mosconi Gladen One 120.4 amplifier and JBL MS8 signal processor was mounted behind the rear seats. They were mounted to OEM vinyl covered wood plates to isolate them from the chassis of the vehicle. Attention was paid to the routing of the wire to further isolate inducted noise.

The finished project delivered the much needed upgrade to the audio system while keeping with design of the interior for a seamless install.
