Here's David's 2011 Ford F-150 Raptor. It was already an awesome truck but lacked in the audio department. He was looking for a high end audio shop in Orlando that would be able to build an audiophile system, so he came to Octave.

The system upgrade was centered around the DynAudio Esotec line. The front stage consists of a System 242 and MD 142, and the sub frequencies are provided by the MW 190.

The doors were treated with sound deadener and acoustical foam to add in overall performance of the door driver. Adapter rings were also fabricated out of plastic to mount the MW 162 MSP woofer in the OEM location.

Custom pods were made to house the MD 102 tweeters and wrapped in OEM vinyl. The center storage on the top of the dash was the perfect location for the MD 142 center channel. A mounting plate was designed and wrapped in OEM vinyl as well.

The MW 190 subwoofer is housed in an enclosure designed to fit under the rear seats. The enclosure is also removable if more interior space is required.

The Mosconi Gladen One 120.4 amplifier and JBL MS8 signal processor was mounted behind the rear seats. They were mounted to OEM vinyl covered wood plates to isolate them from the chassis of the vehicle. Attention was paid to the routing of the wire to further isolate inducted noise.

The finished project delivered the much needed upgrade to the audio system while keeping with design of the interior for a seamless install.
